My window/door sensor won't pair, what can I do?
There could be a couple of reasons your window/door sensor won't pair right away. 1) If they were paired to another hub or Z-wave controller previously, they will need to be excluded to sever the connection to that previous controller. 2) Your hub should be within 30 feet from the window/door sensor during pairing.
How will I know when the window/door sensor is in pairing mode?
The LED indicator will flash slowly.
How do I exclude my window/door sensor?
Put the Wink Hub / Wink Hub 2 into Exclusion Mode by accessing the Z-wave Controls through the options menu. Once the Hub is blinking blue, open the sensor cover and depress the program switch for 1 second, then release. Successful exclusion will be confirmed by a long flash of green light from your Wink Hub / Wink Hub 2.
How should I mount my window/door sensor?
Attach the magnet to the door or window adjacent to the marks on the sensor. Be sure the magnet is no further than ¾” from the sensor when the door or window is closed.
My motion sensor won't pair, what can I do?

Where should I mount my motion sensor?
The motion detector should be mounted on a wall or in a corner 6 feet above the floor. The passive infrared sensor detects motion by sensing fast change in temperature when a person moves through the detector’s field of view. Do not mount the detector in a location where heat sources (heaters, vents, etc.) are in the detectors field of view.

Using Wink
Pairing the GoControl Wireless Window/Door Sensor
Open the Wink app on your mobile device and log in with your email address and password. If this is your first time using the Wink app, tap Sign Up to create an account. Tap "Add a Product," then tap "Sensors," then tap "GoControl Window/Door Sensor." Follow the instructions on the Wink app. Unscrew the rear cover and slide it down. Select the Wink Hub / Wink Hub 2 you wish to pair it to and select 'Next'. Insert the battery into the battery compartment and the LED will start to flash slowly. Depress the Program Switch for 1 second and release to begin pairing.

Tap "Add a Product," then tap "Sensors," then tap "GoControl Motion Sensor." Follow the instructions on the Wink app. Select the Wink Hub / Wink Hub 2 you wish to pair the Motion Sensor to and select 'Next'. Open the cover and insert battery into the battery compartment. Depress the Program switch for 1 second, then release.
